Q: Do I need to buy an entrance ticket prior to my visit?
A: No. All entrance fees and services can be paid for while on premises. These gift certificates are perfect for gifts for your friends and family.

Q:  Can my general admission pass or gift card be used in other Spa Castle locations? 
A: No. Gift Certificates and Gift Cards purchased through this website is only Valid for the Spa Castle College Point Location. They are Non-Transferable, Non- exchangeable & Non refundable


Q:is the entrance fee included in the gift certificates?
A: No. The entrance fee must be paid in addition to the service gift certificates.

Q: I tried to process an order several times but because of an Address Mismatch or a general error, they didn’t go through. Now on my bank statement, I see numerous pending charges. Did all these attempted orders go through?
A: No. What you see is a “hold” on the attempted transaction amounts which will be released byyour issuing bank within 2 to 4 business days. You have only been charged if you receive an email confirmation.

Q: Why does this happen?
A: Once a transaction is attempted and the Issuing bank verifies that your account is in good standing, a hold is put on the attempted amount. The bank then waits for the merchant, in this case Spa Castle, to authorize the transaction. If the information input meets our security metrics, we signal the bank to capture the funds. However, due to security metrics instated, AVS or CVV mismatch will not allow an order to process, despite your account being in good standing. In the case of Address in put mismatch or CVV mismatch, the merchant will not authorize the transaction. This hold will remain on the transaction for about 2-3 business days, depending on the Issuing bank. These pending funds are not captured by the merchant



Q: How much is it to enter?
A: Entrance fee is $40 for Weekdays and $50 for Weekends and Holidays. We are opened from 6am to midnight, 365 days a year.

Q: Why do you charge an entrance fee? What is included in this fee?
A: Spa Castle is not like the typical “spa.” The entrance fee includes the use of all of our facilities, including our sauna rooms, steam rooms, locker rooms, toiletries, towels, Bade pools and resting areas. The entrance allows you unlimited use for the day.

Q: Do I need a reservation to just enter and use the facilities?
A: No. There are no reservations required to enter.

Q: What times are the shuttle bus?
A: The Shuttle runs every 10 and 40 after the hour, starting from 6:10 to 9:10, with the exception of 12:40 and 8:40. Times are subject to change without advance notice. Shuttles are based on a first-come first-serve base. Seating and times are not guaranteed.

Q: What type of food do you have?
A: We have Korean, American, Italian, and Japanese, as well as an array of different snacks and finger foods.

Q: Can I wear my own shoes/slippers inside?
A: No. Spa Castle is a bare-foot facility. We have slippers available for purchase on premises.

Q: What should I bring?
A: You can bring your own bathing suit and towel, both of which are available for rental

Q: What forms of payment do you take?
A: Cash, Visa, Master Card and Discover. We do not take American Express.

Q: I have a question about a charge from Spa Castle. What should Ido?
A: Once the transaction amounts move from “pending” to “captured,” or “requested” to “posted,” fax over a copy of the bank statement, last four digits of the credit card used, and a contact number to 718-939-6313.

Spa Castle cannot do anything about a charge that is in a “pending” state.

Q: Why do you allow children at a spa?
A: Spa Castle is a family oriented facility that welcomes all age groups. This is not your typical spa, but is a new form of recreational relaxation. We encourage a good time for all ages.

Q: Are the outdoor Bade Pools open all year round?
A: Yes. All of sections of our facility are opened all year round and are heated according to the temperature.
